'It was wonderful having regular video calls with Bettina to keep my holistic health on track. Through the blood sugar diet, I’ve levelled out my appetite – I don’t feel constantly hungry. I am overweight and probably need to reward myself more for my achievements and we’ve worked on this through the coaching. I would like to be slimmer and have lost a few kilos already. What stands out about Bettina is her soft and compassionate manner – we’re not pushed to be perfect, but to create small wins that make big differences.
